三、Machine features：
  Vertical structure is adopted, the machine is suitalbe for single groove lapping and small circulation two type processing. Main spindle frequency conversion realized speed stepless regulation and digital displayed. The lapping plate can get multiform speeds. Special bearing adopted as the main spindle radial bearing and radial windage can be adjusted, so it can ensure the main spindle’s rotating precision. Oil splash lubrication is used in the main spindle. Gear reducer directly contact with main spindle is adopted in main driving system. It can lower the machine vibration absolutely and improve transmission efficiency.Hydraulic driving adding pressure and mechanical keeping pressure. Electrical system is controlled by PLC. Hanging button station avoids coolant splash. Eccentric adding pressure is adopted in the machine, after exactly calculation to ensure steel ball loading equality between two lapping plates.
